How Shipyard handles the account, product, and usage data needed to run your workspace.
Shipyard stores the information you add to manage your products, roadmap, changelog, landing pages, waitlists, and analytics. That includes workspace details, product metadata, posts, feature requests, uploaded assets, App Store sync metadata, and admin account identifiers.
Shipyard uses this data to provide the service, keep admin areas secure, generate public product pages you choose to publish, and operate billing, analytics, support, and reliability workflows. Public pages only expose content that is configured as public.

Workspace admins can update product content, visibility, published pages, API keys, and exported data from the admin area.
